Fried Cabbage with Sour Cream Recipe

An exciting side dish recipe.

Ingredients

6 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
2 large sweet Vidalia onion thinly sliced
2 cups of grated carrot
1 rounded teaspoon of turmeric
1 piece of butter the size of a walnut
Sour cream to coat
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Cook.
Saute the onions with tumeric in butter for 8 minutes until the onions are soft. Add the cabbage and fry together until tender. Add the grated carrots and stir until the carrots are hot.

Serve.
Remove from the heat and put into a serving bowl. Add the sour cream and toss together until well coated.
