Cabbage and Bacon Salad Recipe

Crisp and crunchy cabbage salad that tastes great with bacon

Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded.
2 cups of onion, chopped.
¼ lb of bacon.
½ cup of white wine tarragon vinegar.
1 clove garlic, chopped.

Recipe Instructions

Fry.
Cut the bacon into small bits and fry until crisp in a large frying pan. Remove and put aside. Chop the onion and garlic and fry this in the bacon fat. Once they have browned add the vinegar.

Simmer.
Bring the mixture to the simmer and add all the shredded cabbage and bacon. Toss together all the ingredients well.
